The need of the present times: What are killing us today are life style diseases; 80% of which are preventable through eating right food, balanced exercise, physical and spiritual supplements for effective stress management. Some important factors stating the facts that showing the necessity of a whole life line are to plan to live and experience Holistic lifestyle as per the present social, environmental, lifestyle and health conditions of people.

Health survey has revealed that millions of people all around the world have low bone density, and millions who have Osteoporosis are undiagnosed.

About 40% of the population are overweight, and 25% of those people are clinically obese; 300,000 deaths per year are associated with being overweight and obesity. Millions of people have one or more forms of cardiovascular disease, the majority of which are undiagnosed.

Lifestyle diseases which are primarily caused by lack of balanced set of physical exercises, improper diet and stressful living share risk factors similar to prolonged exposure to modifiable lifestyle behaviors, unhealthy diet, and physical inactivity—and result in the development of chronic diseases, specifically heart disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and certain types of cancer.

Non- communicable diseases

Today, non- communicable diseases or chronic diseases are a major public health problem worldwide. In 2005, the World Health Organization (WHO) estimated that 61 per cent of all deaths—35 million—and 49 per cent of the global burden of disease were attributable to chronic diseases. By 2030, the proportions of total global deaths due to chronic diseases are expected to increase to 70 per cent and the global burden of disease to 56 per cent. Government of India has come up with a comprehensive set of programmes to prevent non-communicable diseases -NCD-  for helping individuals of all age groups to cope up with various kinds of health issues arising out of improper life style.

However, as of today, there is no comprehensive regime through which people can get equipped with the necessary life skills which will enable them to remain healthy and productive throughout their span of life, particularly after the age of 50+
