Sithileekarana Vyayamas, simplified yoga asanas, breathing exercises, primary level pranayama, relaxation technique etc. are taught at the Beginners’ Level

Advanced Level 1

In addition to the practices at the Beginners Level, intermediary level yoga asanas, kayakalpa yoga and deep relaxation techniques  (Yog Nidra) are included in Advanced Level 1.

Advanced Level 2

“Advanced level 2 includes advanced yoga asanas, pranayama, bandha, mudra, meditation practices, mantra yoga and adavnced meditation techniques based on Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY) in addition
to the practices given in the Advanced Level 1”.
